Holiday homes in Mondello, between beach and city
Apartments and villas a short walk from the white sand
Mondello is Palermo’s beach: white sand, shallow turquoise water, a promenade of liberty villas and historic kiosks. The real advantage is that you don’t have to choose — the city’s historic centre is fifteen minutes away.

Beach in the morning, city at night
This is why most guests pick the area. You spend the day in the water and drive down for dinner without planning a proper trip: fifteen minutes separate the promenade from Teatro Massimo.
More than the bay
Behind Mondello lie the Capo Gallo reserve and Monte Pellegrino with the Santa Rosalia sanctuary: trails, coves and viewpoints you can do in half a day. The Addaura cliffs are the alternative to sand for anyone who prefers diving off the rocks.
The areas of Mondello
Mondello Paese is the heart, with the market and the restaurants; Valdesi faces the beach from the other side; Partanna and Piano di Gallo are quieter and residential, minutes from the water. Our three homes cover different profiles: a sea-view apartment, a one-bedroom for two, and a villa with a hot tub and outdoor space.

Frequently asked questions
Is central Palermo easy to reach from Mondello?
Yes: roughly twenty minutes by car from our homes. That is why many guests choose Mondello even for a culture-focused trip — you sleep by the sea and drive into town when you need to.
Is the beach public or only private clubs?
Free stretches and equipped beach clubs sit side by side along the same shore. In high season the clubs fill early, so if you want a sunbed it pays to go in the morning.
When is the best time to visit Mondello?
May to September for full swimming weather. April and October are still excellent for the climate and for an empty beach, with the city a quarter of an hour away when the weather turns.
Is there parking near the homes?
It depends on the property: Villa Mondello Vista Mare has parking on site. For the others we let you know before arrival, along with the check-in details.
