Our homes sit between two sides of Palermo. In the historic centre — around Quattro Canti, Ballarò and the Kalsa — suites and apartments in period palazzi, walking distance from monuments, markets and restaurants. Along the gulf, in Mondello, Sferracavallo, Mazzaforno and Marina di Cinisi, villas and apartments with sea views, some with direct beach access. Every home is managed directly by us, with cleaning available on request and support throughout the stay.
Which area suits you
Historic centre: Quattro Canti, Kalsa, Ballarò
Suites and apartments in period palazzi, walking distance from the Cathedral, Teatro Massimo, the Vucciria and the markets. This is the area to choose if you want to get around without a car and eat out every evening; in return it is a lively quarter that makes noise at night. Parking is paid and never right outside the door: people arriving by car usually leave it in a garage for the whole stay.
Mondello, Sferracavallo and the gulf
Villas and apartments with sea views, some with direct beach access. Mondello has the best-known beach and its busiest season runs from June to September; Sferracavallo is a quieter fishing village, known for its seafood restaurants. Central Palermo is about twenty minutes away by car or bus.
Mazzaforno, Marina di Cinisi and the coast towards Cefalù
Homes built for families and groups, with outdoor space and longer stays. Marina di Cinisi is fifteen minutes from Punta Raisi airport, handy for late arrivals and early departures; Mazzaforno sits on the edge of Cefalù, minutes from the medieval centre and the Norman cathedral.
