Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive earlier, you can drop off your luggage from 12:00 while your accommodation is being prepared.
Yes, always. We welcome every guest personally, show you around the property and are happy to answer any questions about Palermo and the surrounding area.
Payment is made in full at the time of booking by credit card, directly on the website. There are no partial deposits or on-site payments.
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. Between 14 and 7 days before, 50% of the total is retained. Within 7 days of arrival (up to 5 days before), the full amount is charged.
Yes, but only at Villa Mondello Vista Mare. Pets are not permitted in the other properties. If you’re unsure about your specific accommodation, contact us before booking.
It depends on availability. Contact us in advance and we’ll see what we can do — it’s not always possible, but when it is we’re happy to accommodate.
A final clean is included in the stay price. Daily cleaning is available on request at an additional cost.
Experiences are not purchased directly: you submit an availability request. We check availability with our guides, drivers and local operators for your requested date and respond within 24 business hours. Payment is only taken after confirmation.
We recommend at least one week before your preferred date, especially in high season. For tours around public holidays and busy weekends, the earlier the better.
Yes, all experiences are private — the group is exclusively yours. No other participants.
Yes, all experiences are available in both Italian and English.
We’ll suggest the next available date. If that doesn’t work for you, nothing is charged.
Yes. If you have specific needs — timing, extra stops, dietary preferences for lunch — include them in your request. We’ll do our best to adapt the experience to your group.
Yes. We provide private transfers between Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport and your accommodation, by car (2-4 people) or minivan (5-7 people), at any hour.
One way: €60 by car, €80 by minivan. Return: €110 by car. Prices are flat rates per group, not per person.
Go to the Transfer page, enter your flight number, arrival time and destination address. We’ll confirm within a few hours. If your flight is delayed, the driver monitors the updated time and adjusts accordingly.
