What you do

What we do
We prepare the written estimate: recommended rates, expected income, commission and time to go live, based on the homes we manage in your area.

The estimate comes at the visit.
Preparing the home and photo shoot
What you do
You put right what we agreed and leave the home ready to be photographed.
What we do
We run the professional photo shoot and write the copy for the home. The shoot is at our expense, as is going live.
Timing
Included in the fourteen-day activation.
Publication and pricing
What you do
You sign the annual mandate and tell us the dates you want to keep for yourself.
What we do
We publish the home across the channels we work with and on our own site, sync the calendars and set rates by season, demand and events.
Timing
On average fourteen days from signing.
Guests and day-to-day running
What you do
Nothing, unless you want to. Bookings and income stay visible in your dedicated area.
What we do
Bookings and calendar, guest communication, in-person check-in, support during the stay, cleaning and linen, maintenance coordination.
Timing
All year round, with a dedicated phone line seven days a week.
Owner statement
What you do
You check the PDF and receive the transfer.
What we do
We prepare the statement with bookings, net income, costs incurred and the transfer on its way, and email it to you.

You sign an annual, renewable management mandate: commission, included services and notice period are written into the contract. No multi-year lock-in and no set-up fees.

The calendar stays yours: you can block whatever periods you need, whenever you want. Telling us a few weeks ahead lets us set rates better across the rest of the season.
